Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a foreman or in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, safety and quality.
• Able to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Pass D1.1 weld test or ability to fit/weld.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate crew activities for efficient workflow.
• Hybrid position; fit/weld parts as needed.
• Lead by example in safety, quality and productivity.
• Communicate with team, management and clients to meet goals.
• Monitor progress and address issues promptly.
• Train and mentor new employees for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.
• Assist planning and scheduling of work assignments.
• Inspect work sites regularly to maintain quality.
