Job summary

ECS Composites is seeking an entry-level Production team member in Grants Pass, OR. You will build and assemble products according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.

You will use hand tools, tape measures, and production equipment safely, read orders, and help maintain a clean, organized work area. Training is provided and no manufacturing experience is required.

Shifts run Monday–Thursday with three-day weekends and occasional Friday overtime during busy seasons.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with on-the-job training.
• No manufacturing experience required.
• Reliable, eager to learn, and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble products per work instructions and specs.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely.
• Measure and position components for assembly.
• Read work orders and follow production instructions.
• Verify materials before starting work.
• Inspect work to ensure quality throughout.
• Identify damaged materials and report issues.
• Keep work area organized and clean.
• Meet daily production goals with the team.
• Follow established manufacturing processes and safety standards.
• Assist in other production areas as needed.
