Job summary

ECS Composites is seeking an Assembly Worker for our Frame Shop. You will assemble frames and components, read drawings, and ensure assemblies meet quality standards in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work Monday–Thursday with three-day weekends and potential overtime during peak season.

Qualifications

• Reads work orders, drawings, and production instructions.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assemble frames and components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Measure, align, fit, and fasten parts during assembly.
• Install hardware and other components as required.
• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
• Inspect completed work for proper fit and quality.
• Identify and report damaged, incorrect, or defective parts.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Work with the team to meet daily production goals.
