Job summary

ECS Composites is seeking an entry-level Production team member in Grants Pass, OR. You will build and assemble products according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.

You will use hand tools, tape measures, and production equipment safely, read orders, and help maintain a clean, organized work area. Training is provided and no manufacturing experience is required.

Shifts run Monday–Thursday with three-day weekends and occasional Friday overtime during busy seasons.

At ECS Composites, we manufacture rugged products used in military, aerospace, commercial, and industrial applications around the world. As part of our Production team, you'll help build and assemble high-quality products designed to perform in demanding environments.

This is an entry-level position starting at $17.00 per hour. No manufacturing experience is required. We provide on-the-job training.

Our Day Shift Production team works Monday–Thursday, giving you three-day weekends, plus occasional Friday overtime during our busy season for those looking to earn even more.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and assemble products according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and correctly
• Measure, position, fit, and assemble components
• Read work orders and follow production instructions
• Verify materials and components before beginning work
• Inspect your work throughout the assembly process to ensure quality
• Identify and report damaged, incorrect, or defective materials and components
• Make adjustments as needed to ensure proper fit and assembly
• Keep materials, tools, and completed products organized throughout the production process
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals
• Follow established manufacturing processes and procedures
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
• Help identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency
• Assist in other production areas when needed
