Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical support or maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to flex schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
• Ability to learn and apply advanced control concepts to support the manufacturing process.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

• Improve OEE, QCO/SMED, yield, safety and quality through equipment optimization and process improvements.
• 80% hands-on work and 20% administrative/training; report to the Cell Leader and collaborate with HPS Engineering and Maintenance teams.
• Train technicians on basic technical skills.
