Cindavi is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to own an assembly line in Wisconsin. You will focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost, driving continuous improvement on the production floor and leading cross-functional collaboration to implement efficient, safe processes.

You will conduct capability studies, apply Lean techniques, and lead projects that improve equipment performance and process reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent related experience.
• Hands-on mindset with a proven track record on production lines and driving measurable improvements.
• Ability to adapt quickly and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (production, quality, maintenance).
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, process mapping, FMEA, and root cause analysis to solve problems.
• Project leadership in a fast-moving continuous improvement culture.

Aufgaben

• Take responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, and cost on an assigned assembly line area.
• Spend most time on the production floor inspecting equipment and processes to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance to troubleshoot and optimize equipment performance.
• Implement process changes and update operation standards to improve efficiency and safety.
• Conduct capability and time studies; participate in Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement.
