Job summary

Cindavi is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to join our Ripon, WI manufacturing team on an established assembly line. You will work on the floor, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements while owning processes end-to-end.

In this role you will analyze equipment and workflows, collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance, implement lean changes, and lead kaizen events to deliver faster, safer, and more reliable operations. A strong problem-solving mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on mindset with proven production-line improvements.
• Able to work across production, quality and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, and cost of an assigned assembly line area.
• Spend the majority of your time on the production floor, examining equipment, processes, and operations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.
• Implement process changes, modify operation standards, and utilize Lean manufacturing techniques to optimize production.
• Conduct capability and time studies, specify tools and fixtures, and participate in Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement.
