The role emphasizes collaboration with production, quality, and maintenance teams, applying Lean methods, capability studies, and Kaizen events to make processes faster, safer, and more efficient.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or related experience.
• Hands-on mindset with a proven track record of supporting production lines and driving improvements.
• Able to collaborate across production, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Experience with Lean, process mapping, FMEA, and root cause analysis.
• Willing to lead projects in a fast-moving, continuous improvement culture.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the safety, quality, delivery, and cost on an assigned assembly line.
• Spend the majority of time on the production floor identifying improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance to troubleshoot and optimize equipment.
• Implement process changes and update operation standards using Lean techniques.
• Conduct capability and time studies, specify tools/fixtures, and participate in Kaizen events.
