GCS Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Process Technician in Minnesota (Coon Rapids) to support manufacturing process development, equipment testing, and continuous improvement. You will operate equipment, collect data, troubleshoot issues, and assist with process validation efforts alongside engineering teams.

The role requires experience in manufacturing or technical environments, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and the ability to work with engineers and cross-functional teams

Formación

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, laboratory, or technical environments.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor manufacturing, test, or prototype equipment
• Collect, document, and report process and performance data
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues
• Perform equipment setup, maintenance, and basic repairs
• Conduct inspections and measurements using precision tools
• Support validation, qualification, and continuous improvement projects
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures
