Job summary

GCS Recruitment seeks a Process Development Technician to support the introduction of new products, manufacturing technologies, and automated production systems. You will work at the intersection of engineering and manufacturing, providing hands-on technical support during equipment development, process optimization, validation, and product launches.

Qualifications

Associate degree or technical training with hands-on experience in manufacturing environments.
Strong troubleshooting abilities across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic or automated systems.
Experience operating technical equipment, test systems, or production machinery.
Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics and technical docs.
Comfort collecting and reporting data for engineering and quality purposes.

Responsibilities

Support development, testing and improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Run experimental builds, engineering trials and validation activities for new products.
Monitor equipment performance and process metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Perform equipment setup, calibration, maintenance and changeovers.
