Qualifications

• Current college student entering Sophomore, Junior or Senior year in Construction Management or related field for 2026/27.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Reliable transportation to participate in activities.

Responsibilities

• Support preconstruction activities including take-offs and bid scope sheets.
• Coordinate subcontractors and assist with scheduling.
• Participate in training sessions, site tours, and safety programs.
• Gain hands-on experience with a reputable general contractor in the Indianapolis area.
