Autry Technology Center in Enid, OK seeks an Industrial Maintenance Instructor to deliver competency-based training in the Industrial Maintenance Flex Lab, with a primary focus on PLCs, industrial automation, and instrumentation.

You will develop and maintain industry-aligned curriculum, teach hands-on PLC programming, support apprenticeship and workforce programs, and engage industry partners to ensure training remains relevant and safe.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certificated training in related field.
• Industry certifications in maintenance, PLCs, automation, instrumentation preferred.
• Willingness to pursue additional certifications as needed.
• Experience with apprenticeships or open-entry/open-exit labs desirable.

Responsabilités

• Deliver hands-on instruction in PLCs, automation, and instrumentation.
• Develop and maintain industry-aligned curriculum reflecting current technologies.
• Provide daytime and evening open-enrollment courses.
• Engage with local industry partners to ensure training relevance.
• Maintain a safe, organized lab environment and compliant equipment usage.
• Prepare reports and required documentation for leadership.
