Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a law firm environment.
• Strong, hands-on e-filing experience.
• Litigation experience supporting attorneys with active caseloads.
• Solid understanding of court deadlines and timely filings.
• Ability to independently organize competing priorities and keep matters moving.
• Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced firm.
• Willing to handle administrative paralegal work when needed.
• Plaintiff-side litigation experience preferred but not required with transferable skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct litigation support to an associate attorney with an active caseload.
• Manage matters from opening through resolution and organize case documents.
• Handle electronic filing accurately and within deadlines.
• Track deadlines, court filings, and correspondences; follow up as needed.
• Coordinate day-to-day activity across multiple matters and teams.
• Assist with a broad range of paralegal responsibilities to keep cases progressing.
• Step into administrative tasks when required and communicate effectively with all parties.
