Job summary

The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will document patient progress and ensure care plans are followed within CAO standards.

You will perform assessments, document outcomes, and collaborate with the team. Evening shifts may be required, and work may occur at Winchester locations in VA and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• State licensure as PTA in the practicing state.
• CPR for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Experience with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and document in medical records.
• Perform tests and measurements such as ROM and strength.
• Administer treatment under supervision to improve function and reduce pain.
• Communicate progress with supervising PT and adjust plans.
• Document CPT codes and assist with billing as directed.
• Collaborate with other providers to support patient recovery.
• Comply with regulations and CAO policies.
• May work at multiple CAO locations.
• May require two evening shifts weekly.
