A medical facility is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy using a variety of techniques. You will monitor progress, document outcomes, educate patients and families for at-home care, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in hospital/acute care setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Experience with pediatric patients is a plus.
• Proficiency in trigger point therapy is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy to patients using a variety of techniques and modalities.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care.

• Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of physical therapy.
