Job summary

Diamond Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist for our in-person, full-time facility. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, and monitor progress for adjustments.

You will educate patients and families and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in Physical Therapy, is licensed, and has hospital or acute care experience; pediatric experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Hospital or acute care experience preferred.
• Pediatric experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients and develop treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy using various techniques.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and at-home care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in physical therapy.
