Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and develop individualized care plans for patients.
• Provide high-quality rehabilitation services to restore mobility and function.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants and aides.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans promptly.
• Maintain positive communication with patients, families, physicians and teams.
• Stay up to date with current physical therapy practices and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including Medicare and OSHA.
