The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics (CAO) is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Winchester network. Qualifications

• Eligible candidate has PTA degree from an accredited program.
• Must hold state PTA licensure for the practicing state.
• Certification in CPR for Healthcare Providers is required.
• Experience using electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and complete required documentation.
• Perform and document tests and measurements such as ROM and strength.
• Deliver treatments to decrease pain and improve function under supervision.
• Communicate progress to supervising Physical Therapist and adjust plans as directed.
• Maintain compliance with coding and billing guidelines.
• Collaborate with other medical providers to aid patient recovery.
