Job summary

Bevi is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own Bevi's demand generation engine, building and optimizing campaigns directly in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. You will manage our agency relationship, ensure ROI alignment with pipeline, and report to the Head of Growth Marketing from Boston, MA.

We value hands-on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach to improve CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics across channels.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• At least 3 years of building and managing paid media campaigns in-platform across multiple channels.
• Demonstrated results in driving pipeline and CAC improvements.
• Experience with two or more platforms (Meta/Google/TikTok/LinkedIn).

Responsibilities

• Execute in-platform campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn and manage agency relationships.
• Own day-to-day demand generation budgeting and channel allocation.
• Build and optimize tracking, attribution, and onboarding of leads to CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps and analytics to drive performance insights.
