Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking a production assembler to read and follow MPIs, production drawings, and verbal instructions for assembling PCBs and subassemblies. Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Must read and speak English to comprehend instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Familiarity with calibrated tools used for assembly and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Assembles PCB components and subassemblies per MPIs, drawings, or instructions.
• Performs complex assembly tasks with de-paneling and lead trimming equipment; soldering PTH and SMT components.
• Follows ESD procedures and material handling guidelines.
• Works to IPC A-610 Class II workmanship standards and basic rework of PTH assemblies.
