Inteplast Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for paper packaging to lead machine operators on a fast-paced production floor. The role combines hands-on supervision with practical troubleshooting to maintain flow and meet production targets.

Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude, prior supervisory experience in manufacturing (ideally food packaging), and fluent Spanish. This role requires flexibility for non-standard hours and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production staff in manufacturing, preferably in food packaging.
• Strong problem-solving with quick, decisive action.
• Clear written and spoken communication to guide operators.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic machine operations to understand the processes.
• Provide day-to-day supervision and support to machine operators.
• Assist in diagnosing mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Train and mentor operators on best practices, safety protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Manage multiple tasks, prioritizing issues to ensure smooth production floor operation.
• Monitor production quality to meet standards and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry regulations.
