Job summary

City Park Grill is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead kitchen performance and help run the entire restaurant, including floor operations. This role works closely with the General Manager to deliver consistent food, strong service and a positive workplace culture while driving profitable operations.

Schedule is approximately 40-45 hours per week with mornings, afternoons, nights and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on operations management experience in a restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team development.
• Ability to manage kitchen and floor operations effectively.
• Proven ability to control costs while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen performance, food quality and consistency.
• Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, receiving and waste reduction.
• Handle BOH staffing, scheduling, training and development.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation and health-inspection readiness.
• Maintain equipment and preventive maintenance.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when needed and support FOH.
