Job summary

Talent Harbor is seeking an autonomous Operations Supervisor for the Spokane plant floor, responsible for machine utilization, inventory control, and back-office logistics. This role is hands-on, visible on the floor, and focuses on safety, efficiency, and timely delivery.

You will lead 10–20 hourly workers, drive 5S/Lean workflows, maintain material traceability with a modern ERP and barcoding system, and ensure regulatory compliance while improving throughput and reducing scrap.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of frontline supervisory experience on industrial floor.
• Experience operating/maintaining forklifts and production machinery.
• Proficient with ERP inventory tracking and handheld scanners.
• Leads from the front, willing to operate equipment when needed.
• Proven 5S/Lean process improvements to upgrade layouts.
• Steady employment history with reliability and growth

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach an on-site crew of 10–20 operators and specialists.
• Monitor roll-forming, fabrication, and processing lines to maximize uptime.
• Maintain material traceability and inventory accuracy using ERP and barcoding.
• Manage preventive maintenance and safe operation of machinery.
• Implement 5S/6S and SOPs to reduce scrap and bottlenecks.
• Ensure OSHA and safety regulatory compliance for the team.
