Job summary

Closet Factory Cleveland is seeking an organized Assistant Operations Manager to support daily manufacturing and installation operations. You will work closely with the Operations Manager, lead the production floor and installation teams, and demonstrate hands-on leadership to keep projects on time and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, cabinet production, woodworking, or operations.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Proven communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production and installation schedules to ensure on-time readiness for customers.
• Monitor quality, safety, and cost controls across production and installation.
• Maintain production records and update SOPs as needed.
• Support cross-functional teams including Sales, Design, Engineering and Installation.
• Lead daily huddles and provide mentorship to team members.
