Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day yard operations, shredding, and material flow.
• Coordinate production priorities with department Leads.
• Monitor throughput, downtime, and bottlenecks to meet targets.
• Step in to supervise in the Operations Manager’s absence.
• Collaborate with EHS and HR to reinforce safety and compliance.
• Participate in safety meetings, audits, and corrective actions.
• Ensure environmental compliance for ELV processing and depollution.
• Operate heavy equipment for training and as needed.
• Motivate and engage the team to uphold safety and performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
