Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct operations team members handling sorting and material separation.
• Implement process improvements and manage safety compliance per program.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and daily operations to maximize throughput.
• Maintain records, reports, and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Support leadership communication and cross-functional initiatives.
