Job summary

Western Leather Goods Inc. is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to provide hands-on operational support across production and warehouse activities in Mercedes, TX. You will help manage inventory, shipments, and production tracking while learning the company’s ERP and inventory systems.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a production environment with opportunities for growth within the PSI team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn ERP and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming shipments between facilities.
• Prepare, organize, and stage outgoing shipments for transport.
• Load, unload, and move pallets, boxes, materials, and finished goods.
• Support inventory organization, cycle counts, and material tracking.
• Verify incoming and outgoing products for accuracy.
• Learn and utilize ERP, inventory management, and production tracking systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to production, inventory, and shipments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations.
