We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our Materials and Leather Department by maintaining inventory records of raw goods related to boot making and distributing materials to the craftsmen on production floor.This role is essential to maintaining our standards of craftsmanship and ensuring consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use prod smart or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or materials needed.
  • Manually move raw goods and other materials to and from the warehouse or production areas.
  • Examine shipment content and compare it with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy.
  • Deliver materials to departments using dollies/hand trucks.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse by dusting, sweeping, and disposing of any trash or broken pallets.
  • Assist the leather department as needed by folding, rolling, stacking or counting leather skins on racks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Comfortable working in warehouse and production environments that may vary in temperature.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for detailed tasks and material handling.
  • This is an on-site position at our facility.
  • Work may involve exposure to leather materials, adhesives, and mechanical equipment.
  • Noise level and temperature may vary depending on department.

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday weekends as needed. 40 hours a week plus overtime as needed.
  • Shift hours may vary between 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM depending on department assignment.
