We are committed to exceptional craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and providing rewarding career opportunities for our employees.

The Operations Support Coordinator provides hands‑on operational support to the Operations Systems & Maintenance Manager by assisting with production support, inventory movement, shipping and receiving, quality inspections, and manufacturing systems. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily operations between the Mercedes headquarters and the El Paso manufacturing facility to help maintain efficient production flow and meet customer commitments.

The Operations Support Coordinator is a key member of the PSI (Production Support & Inventory) team, which provides cross‑functional support across multiple departments throughout the organization. Team members must be adaptable, willing to multitask, and committed to helping the entire operation succeed.

This is a hands‑on position that combines physical production support with the opportunity to learn the company's production and inventory systems. As training progresses, the employee will become a valuable resource by assisting with inventory management, locating products, production tracking, and operational reporting. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, eager to learn, and enjoys working in both a production environment and on computer‑based systems.

  • Assist with entering and maintaining accurate production and inventory information.
  • Research order status, locate inventory, and assist with production reporting.
  • Become cross‑trained to provide backup support for operational systems and inventory tracking.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to production, inventory, and shipments.
Team & Operations Support
  • Work closely with the Operations Systems & Maintenance Manager to support daily operational priorities.
  • Assist with communication regarding inventory transfers, production status, and material movement between the Mercedes and El Paso facilities.
