Job summary

Bradford Labs Inc. is seeking a Compounding Manager to lead our liquid, hot pour, and aerosol compounding operations in Broadview, IL. This hands-on management role directs day-to-day activities, ensures product quality and GMP compliance, and develops a high-performing team across multiple shifts.

You will drive formulation execution, equipment setup, batch review, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Quality, R&D, and Scheduling to meet production targets and uphold standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a manufacturing compounding, blending, or production role with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
• Experience with liquid compounding operations; familiarity with hot pour and/or aerosol manufacturing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline; equivalent combinations considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all compounding operations for liquid, hot pour, and aerosol product lines, ensuring output meets volume, quality, and safety targets.
• Serve as a working manager with hands-on involvement in formulation execution, equipment setup, troubleshooting, and batch review.
• Monitor throughput, yields, and cycle times; identify and resolve inefficiencies and capacity constraints across shifts.
• Ensure batch records and GMP documentation are completed accurately and on time.
