Job summary

Riverside MFG is seeking a Mechanical Engineer II in Fort Wayne, IN to support design, testing, and documentation of mechanical components and systems for our products and manufacturing operations. You will work with cross-functional teams and mature under guidance of senior engineers.

Responsibilities include design, prototyping, testing, processing engineering changes, and contributing to design reviews while ensuring quality and technical specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 2+ years experience in a mechanical design engineering role.
• Must be US Person for ITAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and test mechanical devices and systems.
• Collaborate with departments during product spec and production launch.
• Prepare and process Engineering Change Requests with senior engineers.
• Track project timelines and ensure deliverables meet specs.
• Support internal stakeholders and coordinate with suppliers.
• Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement.
