Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering technology, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 0–2 years in manufacturing, engineering, or technical lab environment (internships count).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and requirement specifications.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office) with attention to detail and recordkeeping; willingness to learn ERP/documentation systems.
• U.S. Person required due to ITAR/EAR export-controlled data access.

Responsibilities

• Prototyping & Testing: assist engineers with building, setting up, and testing prototypes and fixtures.
• Prototyping & Testing: assist with design verification tests on development firmware, websites/portals, and mobile apps.
• Prototyping & Testing: set up and operate standard measurement and test equipment (calipers, micrometers, power supplies, digital multimeters).
• Technical Documentation: read test plans, electrical schematics, and drawings; record data and results.
• Technical Documentation: update process and test documentation; troubleshoot issues with engineering and quality teams.
• Collaboration: partner with engineers, quality, and production on day-to-day needs; communicate observations clearly.
