• Collaborate with departments during product specification, design, and production launches.
• Prepare and process Engineering Change Requests under senior guidance.
• Track project timelines and ensure deliverables meet specs.
• Provide technical support to stakeholders and coordinate with suppliers.
• Contribute to design reviews and drive continuous improvement.
