• Hands-on with equipment and field installation experience.
• Strong safety focus and ability to lead on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead GSM sourcing strategies for assigned global commodities.
• Provide hands-on floor support during equipment installation and startup.
• Supervise internal and contract trades during installation and modifications.
• Develop and manage project plans to meet goals with safety and quality.
• Interface with system integrators and machine builders to deliver integrated systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment and train staff on new procedures.
• Update installation checklists, drawings, and machine specifications.
• Procure materials and assess equipment usability for new plans.
