Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering background with hands-on product development or engineering experience.
• Strong prototype development and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with electromechanical systems and testing.
• Understanding of thermal fundamentals and heat transfer.

Responsibilities

• Develop functional proof-of-concept (POC) prototypes by adapting components from existing products or modifying parts.
• Design and execute tests to answer specific technical questions.
• Think at the system level, incorporating mechanical, electrical, and thermal interactions.
• Identify unresolved technical issues and develop ways to investigate and solve them.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret test data to determine system performance and next steps.
• Document findings and provide written and verbal updates to project management and cross-functional teams.
