FORMULATRIX®, a world leader in robotic automation for life science and pharmaceutical research, is seeking ambitious junior to mid-level mechanical design engineers to join our Bedford, MA team. You will test new designs, prototype, troubleshoot, and provide feedback to offshore colleagues.

The role involves collaborating with the product manager on customer and engineering issues, requiring teamwork, organization, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Project/team leadership experience is highly desired.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with programming and robotics (desired).

Responsibilities

• Test new designs and suggest improvements.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and prototyping.
