Job summary

You will design, assemble, integrate, and troubleshoot prototypes, mentor juniors, and document design notes and test data, with focus on reliability, safety, and data quality in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree with hands-on experience in electromechanical systems.
• Ability to design, test, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and prototypes.
• Strong documentation habits for design notes, test records, and operating guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support design, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and iterative improvement of lab instruments and automation-enabled systems.
• Assist with mechanical/electrical/mechatronic design work and component selection.
• Engage in system integration, testing, and development of experimental plans.
