Job summary

Monocle Talent in York County, PA, seeks a Master Planner/Master Scheduler to own the production schedule and ensure commitments are met. This hands-on role reports to the COO and collaborates across operations to adjust schedules as needed.

You will walk the floor, track progress, and coordinate with suppliers to keep plans on track. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in production planning within manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and experience with ERP/MRP systems and data tools.

Master Planner / Master Scheduler - $110,000 to $125,000 plus bonus (IN OFFICE)

We are excited to be partnering with a privately held manufacturing company based in York County on this very visible and critical role. The Master Planner / Master Scheduler position is open based on the recent promotion of the incumbent.

This position will report directly to the company's Chief Operating Officer.

This position will develop, maintain and drive the execution of the production schedule and ensure schedule and production commitments are maintained. The Master Planner / Master Scheduler will communicate regularly across Operations (including production and purchasing) to adjunct schedule and accommodate changes as needed. This is a “hands on, roll up your sleeves” role in which the Master Planner / Master Scheduler will be routing walking the production floor, tracking progress and following up with outsourced suppliers to ensure schedules stay on track. We need someone who can not only analyze and report on the data but also take ownership of the day-to-day follow-up and execution.

Our client seeks a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience working with financial systems (ERP / MRP systems) as well as data and software systems.
