Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher required; relevant experience may substitute per policy.
Associate's degree with four years relevant experience in residential/light commercial construction.
High School Diploma or GED with eight years relevant experience in residential/light commercial construction.
Michigan Residential Builders License is required.

Responsibilities

Teach Building Technologies courses in Masonry/Concrete Construction in classroom and lab.
Communicate technical knowledge and hands-on skills to diverse student populations.
Adapt instructional methods to accommodate different learning styles and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to construction safety and quality standards.
