Job summary

Alliance North America (ANA) in Henderson, NV is seeking a Technical Training Engineer to design and implement training programs for production staff. This onsite role focuses on building curricula, developing station instructions, and delivering hands-on training on the production floor.

You will collaborate with engineering and quality teams, support new product launches, and maintain a certification system to ensure consistent performance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in manufacturing/production (internships, co-ops, or military tech experience count).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, BOMs, and routings, and follow a process at the station level.
• Strong communication skills and comfort teaching on the production floor.
• Highly organized with documentation and training records.

Responsibilities

• Build and update the factory training program for each production role.
• Develop and maintain station work instructions, SOPs, and visual aids.
• Deliver hands-on training to operators and new hires on the floor.
• Support new product launches by developing and validating training for new lines.
