Job summary

HWI is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Production Technician to coordinate and lead the daily workflow of the Manufacturing Production Technicians. The Team Lead ensures safety and health take precedence and performs hands-on production tasks while planning the shift's production schedule.

Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, adjusting and operating machinery, ensuring SOP adherence and quality, and collaborating with Maintenance to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in a technical or manufacturing field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in a highly automated production environment.
• 2–5 years managing a production shift/team with scheduling responsibility preferred.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office). ERP experience (Oracle preferred) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the shift's daily workflow of the Manufacturing Production Technicians.
• Schedule production, allocate resources, adjust machinery, and coordinate with maintenance.
• Ensure SOPs are followed, quality standards met, and safety prioritized.
