Job summary

This hands-on role collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations to ensure repeatable, capable processes, develop tooling, review drawings, and lead root-cause investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent combination).
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, document, and improve manufacturing processes, methods, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot production issues, tooling, and equipment.
• Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and cost savings.
• Support the introduction of new products and engineering changes into production.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure processes are safe, compliant, and repeatable.
