Zaddy Solutions in Wisconsin is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a hands-on role at a state-of-the-art production facility that manufactures architectural wood doors. You will report to the Automation Engineering Manager and collaborate across Production, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance, and Engineering to solve day-to-day manufacturing challenges.

The role emphasizes strong process improvement skills, independent work capability, and the drive to meet KPIs while sustaining improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering is required.
• Prior leadership experience is important due to manager located at another plant.
• 3+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a custom assembly operation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of staff.
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior project management experience is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Solve hands-on manufacturing problems to improve day-to-day operations with cross-functional teams.
• Drive process improvements to meet KPIs.
• Develop practical solutions and ensure improvements are implemented and sustained.
• Challenge existing methods, influence change, and lead teams from problem to execution.
• Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor and work with operators and supervisors.
• Serve as escalation resource for complex process issues.
• Coordinate efforts to plan, design, and validate manufacturing processes.
• Develop and drive metrics in conjunction with production teams.
