Qualifications

• High school junior or senior in good standing, or a recent high school graduate.
• Ages 16–18.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Scot Forge's Student Learner/Youth Apprenticeship Program in production environments.
• Gain hands-on experience across multiple departments (Machine Shop, Saw Shop, Tool Crib, Quality, Maintenance, Heat Treat, Shipping, Forge).
• Work alongside experienced professionals to develop technical and workplace skills.
• Contribute to meaningful projects in a world-class manufacturing facility.
