Job summary

Kerry is seeking a Manufacturing Intern to coordinate and drive operational targets at one of its facilities in the United States. You will support department managers, contribute to lean initiatives, and develop leadership skills with hands-on responsibilities.

The role offers real manufacturing exposure and opportunities to learn from a highly experienced team. You will work under the Production Manager and Operations Manager, with potential rotation opportunities across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university in relevant engineering/food science fields.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Motivated self-starter with drive to succeed.
• Strong interpersonal skills across organization levels.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
• Willingness to travel and relocate for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive delivery of operational targets and improvements at the facility.
• Support department managers in achieving factory performance improvements using lean tools.
• Assist in driving strategic changes as the business grows.
• Engage across the business to learn and contribute early in your career.
• Work under Production Manager and Operations Manager guidance.
