Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Five+ years engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Leadership or supervisory experience with engineers/technicians.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, mechanical systems, and reliability.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop Manufacturing Engineers and maintenance team with safety and reliability at the forefront.
• Set priorities based on safety, production needs, quality, and cost objectives.
• Propose new technologies and methods to improve products and processes.
• Develop permanent corrective actions for recurring equipment or process failures.
• Review equipment designs and documentation; approve modifications.
• Support new product introductions and equipment upgrades.
• Develop engineering standards and document changes.
• Mentor engineers and build technical capabilities.
