The role requires hands-on floor work and collaboration with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality to drive continuous improvement. You will troubleshoot issues, develop work instructions, support new product introductions, and contribute to cost reduction efforts while maintaining compliance and quality standards on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing processes in a production environment.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day engineering support for manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and propose practical solutions.
• Support new product introductions and engineering changes.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and routings.
• Assist with equipment, tooling, and fixture improvements.
• Evaluate processes to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.
• Develop and implement standardized work and process improvements.
• Support manufacturability reviews and training of staff.
• Assist with ERP updates and manufacturing reporting.
