Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering team and provide day-to-day technical ownership within production operations.

This embedded role works alongside production staff to ensure safe, efficient, and repeatable operations, with rotation across Pick/Pack and other areas as skills grow. It is a hands-on, daily-execution role focused on stability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years in manufacturing, production engineering, or operations support.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time production support to ensure safety, quality, delivery and labor targets.
• Own and maintain standard work, labor standards and visual controls.
• Lead CI efforts, 6S, and visual management in assigned departments.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHSS, Facilities and QA.
• Drive small improvements with operators and leads.
