Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering team and drive day-to-day technical ownership in production operations.

This embedded role works alongside operators and supervisors to ensure safe, efficient, and repeatable performance across multiple production areas. The position emphasizes hands-on daily execution, process stability, and continuous improvement, with rotations across Pick/Pack and other lines as you gain experience and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production engineering, or operations support.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge and continuous improvement experience.
• Comfortable on the production floor in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time engineering support to production teams to meet safety, quality, delivery and labor targets.
• Own and maintain standard work, labor standards and visual controls.
• Improve process flow, ergonomics, layout and material presentation.
• Partner with QA to reduce errors and implement mistake-proofing and visual management.
• Lead CI efforts, 6S and visual management in assigned departments.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Supply Chain and QA for uptime and improvements.
