Qualifications

  • 3 to 7+ years of manufacturing, process, mechanical, or equipment engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and production processes.
  • Knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, process controls, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Self starter with a high level of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, productivity, and equipment performance
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, production issues, and process inefficiencies
  • Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Work directly with operators, maintenance technicians, and quality personnel to resolve issues in real time
  • Improve equipment reliability and manufacturing process performance
  • Support production trials, process development, equipment startups, and new initiatives
  • Develop process controls, documentation, and standard operating procedures
  • Analyze manufacturing data and recommend improvements to reduce downtime and increase efficiency
  • Serve as a key technical resource for plant operations
